Shipping policy

Antojitos Culichi takes care in ensuring the timely delivery of our products. Please ensure that your address is complete and accurate to avoid any issues with delivery. If the delivery service is unable to deliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from the local post office, a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Please be aware that depending on the shipping method chosen and the order's eventual destination, shipments to US destinations may take anywhere from one to twelve business days to arrive from the date of shipment, not always from the date of order.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Most destinations will be shipped by UPS or USPS for domestic and international orders. At our sole discretion, we may choose different carriers to fulfill your delivery needs.

When you check out, the total cost of shipping is shown.

Antojitos CUlichi does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
